Freeze Motion and the Decisive Moment

Here's a photo of John Hamersla. He is the
custodian from Browns. When I took this
photo, I wanted to frame the door of the bus
to frame John so it was a Decisive Moment.

Here's a photo of Mike Scully. Mr. Scully
is the superintendent from Browns. Taking
this photo, I also thought about the Decisive
Moment. As he nearly got out, he saw me
and got in a more attentive position.

The plastic water duct during a rainy day. I tried to freeze the
motion of the dripping water, which did work. Fascinating, no?

A photo of Quintin landing after jumping. You can tell from
the motion of his jacket made by the air.

Freeze Motion and the Decisive Moment

I took this picture just as Quintin turned around. I don't know why I felt like taking it, but it turned out to be a good picture anyways.
And here's Quintin jumping off of trees, being a goofball and stuff.

Freeze Motion and the Decisive Moment

With this picture frozen you can see the ball in mid air and understand what is happening.

This player is running to get the ball and you can see that because of her hair and feet.

You can tell this picture is in motion due to the postion of the ball and her hand.  As well as the player next to her.

This picture has the ref in between the two players while they inbound the ball.
